100 Days of Meal Plans – Whole Foods Style (for FREE)

Over 3 months worth of meal plans all laid out for you! No thinking on your part. Just shop and cook!"

So, I have this thing I like do to do in my spare time…it’s called – planning meals. Yeah, okay. Stop your laughing. Some people knit. Some people sew. Some people play sports. I read cookbooks and dream up meal plans. I’m a wild and crazy girl.

You already know how much I love Plan to Eat. But what you don’t know is that planning meals is one of the highlights of my week. I also enjoy making beds, ironing clothes, and de-boogering my children. Gosh…I AM a weirdo.

But something I’ve learned is that not everyone enjoys de-boogering their children with a Nose Frida – and not everyone enjoys making their bed daily – and some people don’t even own an iron (THE HORROR!). And the most crazy thing of all is….some of you hate making meal plans! Ahhhhhhhhhhhh!!! Cue the freaky scary movie music! What is wrong with you people!?

So, I thought I would do this thing for you and make 100 days of meal plans, all for you. 🙂 Because I love you – and because someone should benefit from my crazy weirdness. Using this list, you should be able to repeat each meal 3 times in a year…or find some you really like and repeat them a lot. Because I figure most people probably eat away from home 65 times a year – for holidays, church functions, or because you need to get your Chick-Fil-A on.

I’ve labeled it “Whole Foods Style,” kinda like my 100 Days of Crock Pot Meals. But, like my book, Crock On, maybe I should say “semi-whole foods.” Because if I don’t I’ll start getting more nasty comments and emails about how I’m a wolf in sheep’s clothing because CANNED TOMATOES AND KETCHUP ARE NOT WHOLE FOODS! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!! Fall down and foam at the mouth.

So, let me be clear (hahahahaha! That’s a joke between me and my husband.), if you don’t want to use canned tomatoes or ketchup…don’t. Shocking. 😉 Just use your homemade canned tomatoes and make homemade ketchup – that’s totally cool. In my mind, whole foods means things that aren’t overly processed – like stuffing mix, canned cream-of soup mix or Velveeta.

Now, a word about lunch…I almost always plan enough for our dinner that I have leftover the next day for lunch. So, if that’s you too, you might need to alter these recipes for serving size.  I didn’t pick all 4 serving sized recipes – or 8 serving size recipes…because I always alter those to fit what I need. I like making a big dinner and packing Barry’s lunch immediately so it’s ready for the next day. Then the following day, I don’t freak out at lunch time because I already know what the kids and I are having. So – take the serving sizes into account when you check these out.

If we don’t have leftovers, we eat sandwiches and tortilla chips with fruit. 🙂

Let’s just take care of some questions already – no, I don’t have a grocery list for this. Boom. Yes, I knew you were going to ask. 😉 I almost always cook from my pantry – and I have no idea what’s in your pantry (every time I try to type pantry, it comes out panty…just thought you might want to know). I buy meats in bulk – actually I buy almost everything in bulk. But chances are, you don’t. So I don’t know what you need for dinner. 🙂 And plus, a grocery list for 100 days might take up 15 pages of paper and then I would get hate emails about hating trees and the environment. Ha!

I’ve included a “Prep” category for you because I always prep the day before for the next day. That has just become something I do to make the next day easier. This list might be a bit heavy on the crock pot meals for you, but that’s because I use my crock a lot. A. Lot. You can totally skip the Prep category if you want.

And breakfast – I always make breakfast in advance. But like some of you weirdos who won’t make your bed daily, you might not eat breakfast. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE!? So, I will include a nice list of 30 breakfast options for you to rotate as needed. 🙂 How’s that?

Now, behold! Your 100 days of meal plans. Also, if you want it, you can click here and get it in a printable format for your convenience. 😉

I am soooooo thankful for this post. I have medical issues that are forcing me to go gluten free. I am the only one in a household if ten. There is no way I have time to make two meals three times a day. These recipes are easy to adapt when necessary and such a joy because of the variety. Also, many sites are pricey and I am so grateful you have used your gifts to bless others. Thank you!

Just stumbled over this. I NEVER read the blog parts. Just go straight to the “download here” portion. LMAO I’m glad I read this! The dripping sarcasm to those who must insert their unwanted negative opinions to your flaws in YOUR blog. ❤️? we might just be twinsies! ??

I know this post is a couple years old (always late to the party ?‍♀️) but excited to look at all the recipes! Especially the breakfast. Don’t make my bed daily and I don’t eat breakfast! ???

You are an absolute lifesaver! I have searched years for a meal plan that works for my family. They have either been too fancy, too expensive, or too complicated. I even tried to come up with my own recipe bank and meal plan that way but it was too time consuming…I needed something fast, affordable and easy. This has been all that…and more. I set 5 recipes per week (leaving 2 nights for leftovers or takeout), copy the recipes, make the shopping list (and put them all in a sheet protector so I can mark out my list with a water marker so it’s reusable) and BAM…I’m finished.
These recipes are so easy to make, with such few ingredients. My shopping trips went from $120-$150 per week for a family of 4 to (I kid you not!) $70-$80 per week.
    And OMG they are delicious!!
We are on recipe #21 and have yet to dislike anything (and we were hesitant on the German meatloaf, but it was a bigger hit than my meatloaf). Normally we go about 3-4 days into a meal plan before we have to start replacing and deleting meals because they weren’t good. This meant I was back to square one.
My hope was to be able to find a meal plan, have the recipes and shopping list available, and reusable so when the month (or in this case almost 6 months) was up I could just flip back and start from the beginning with all the prep work done. Now I can. Amazing!!! Thank you so so so much.

Day 11 and 13 links are messed up. 11’s doesn’t go anywhere and 13 goes to a Sirloin Beef Stroganoff….not meatball….unless that’s the same thing?

Hi Rita! Thanks for letting me know. As I made this list a couple years ago, some blogs have stopped working. As that happens, I have to update recipes, which is what has happened to the Stroganoff recipe. I’ll update 11. Thank you for letting me know! 🙂

I’ve made meals #1,2,3,5 so far and have gotten thumbs up from my hubby and the kids who are 5 & 7!! The meals are easy to prepare too which is the biggest plus for me!! My hubs said, “yummm this actually has flavor” on all of the meals. Which is something because he likes flavor and the kids don’t like anything spicy. So, somehow, you’ve been able to satisfy both in the recipes I’ve tried! Thanks so much for sharing!! I’m forever grateful!!! My daughter has celiac too and I have been able to easily substitute gluten free ingredients where needed. I’m looking forward to trying more. We have a Menu chalkboard (from Hobby Lobby) the kids love taking turns writing what’s for dinner the next couple of days and your meal plans make it so easy to just plop one on there without thinking!

Just wanted to take the time to say hi and give a big hug for all the work you’ve put into making other people’s lives just a bit easier (and more interesting!) As for haters: 1) They’ll never be happy. You could call it Real food, and they’d argue all food is real. ? 2) If you type up a 15 page printable, they’re the one being ridiculous about the environment because *gasp* you don’t HAVE to print them anymore! I have HUNDREDS of pdf documents that I refer to on a regular basis from recipes (food and myo household goods), checklists, chore charts, etc… Not a single piece of paper used. 😉

You will have to do it manually – the reason I don’t have it over there is because anyone who follows you can see those recipes…so it would be like giving the world my cookbook for free. 🙂 If you wouldn’t mind, when you add them could you please make them private?

Stacy, you are an answer to my prayers! I’m a 53 year old mom of two grown sons and I have 4 grandkids. I work full time and enjoy family time and Jazzercise. I’m somewhat fit and healthy-ish. Last October I thought I had the stomach flu but it turned out my pancreas was throwing a temper tantrum. Short story….I’ve had several visits with a nutritionist who got me back on track by changing my eating habits to give my digestive system a rest. I knew “whole foods” way of eating was in my future for continuing better health, but I’ve felt lost on how to begin. Your list is the jump start (aka answered prayer) for me to continue to eat healthy. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!!! Kathy D.
