Meal Plan for 7/26-8/1

  • Tuesday (7/26)

-Breakfast: Cereal, yogurt, fruit

-Lunch: Leftover Enchiladas, veggies

-Dinner: Crock Pot Beans and Rice, veggies

  • Wednesday (7/27)

-Breakfast: Yogurt, granola, fruit

-Lunch: Leftovers

-Dinner: Crock Pot Cowboy Beans, Cornbread

  • Thursday (7/28)

-Breakfast: Breakfast Cake, fruit

-Lunch:Leftovers

-Dinner: Fettuccini Alfredo with peas

  • Friday (7/29)

-Breakfast: Overnight Apple Pie Steel Cut Oats, fruit

-Lunch:  Leftovers

-Dinner: Hamburgers, Crash Hot Potatoes

  • Saturday (7/30)

-Breakfast: Baked Eggs, toast, fruit

-Lunch: Leftover hamburgers, chips

-Dinner: Tasty Tuna Casserole, veggies

  • Sunday (7/31)

-Breakfast: Leftover Breakfast Cake, fruit

-Lunch and Dinner at my parent’s house

  • Monday (8/1)

-Breakfast: Baked Oatmeal, fruit

-Lunch: Leftovers

-Dinner: Buttered Lentils, veggies, fruit

    I’m glad you liked the Tasty Tuna Casserole! Panko breadcrumbs are a great idea. I’ve also used crushed crackers for a topping when I was all out of chips.
