Meal Plan 4/8-4/14

  • Friday (4/8)

-Breakfast: Butternut Baked Oatmeal, strawberries

-Lunch: Skillet Pizzas, chips

-Dinner: Leftover Chicken Spaghetti and green beans

  • Saturday (4/9)

-Breakfast: Leftover Baked Oatmeal, bananas

-Lunch: Bologna and cheese sandwiches, chips

-Dinner: Tuna Quesadillas, Rice-A-Roni Spanish Rice

2 cans Tuna, Drained

6 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, softened

Minced Onion

Garlic Powder

Salt and pepper

Flour Tortillas

Cheese

-Mix drained tuna and cream cheese until smooth.

-Add minced onion, garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste.

-Spread tuna mixture on one half of the tortilla, sprinkle generously with Swiss cheese, then fold over.

-Heat 1-2 tbs. of olive oil in a skillet and fry tortillas until golden brown on both sides.

  • Sunday (4/10)

-Breakfast: Sausage gravy and biscuits (frozen variety), fruit

-Lunch and Dinner at my mom’s house

  • Monday (4/11)

-Breakfast: Apple Crowns, bacon, fruit

-Lunch: Leftover Chicken Spaghetti or sandwiches and chips

-Dinner: Pasta with White Bean Sauce, salad, garlic bread

  • Tuesday (4/12)

-Breakfast: Leftover Apple Crowns, peanut butter and apples

-Lunch: Leftover Pasta and White Bean Sauce, garlic bread

-Dinner: BBQ Chicken Pizza, chips (Pizza Crust)

  • Wednesday (4/13)

-Breakfast: Bran Muffins (Jiffy mix), fruit and nuts

-Lunch: Leftover pizza

-Dinner: Italian Sausage Rigatoni, frozen veggies, garlic toast

  • Thursday (4/14)

-Breakfast: Frozen waffles (leftover from last week), fruit and cheese

-Lunch: Leftover rigatoni

-Dinner: BLT Quesadilla Wraps, fruit, chips
