Meal Plan for 7/15-7/21

  • Friday (7/15)

-Breakfast: Baked Oatmeal, fruit

-Lunch: Out for Daytime Tri-Cities

-Dinner: Leftovers

  • Saturday (7/16)

-Breakfast: Leftover Baked Oatmeal, fruit

-Lunch: Frozen Pizza

-Dinner: Stuffed Burgers, baked potatoes

  • Sunday (7/17)

-Breakfast: Eggs, toast, fruit

-Lunch and dinner at my mom’s house

  • Monday (7/18)

-Breakfast: Fast Elvis Breakfast Wrap, apples

1 whole Whole Wheat Tortilla

2 Tablespoons Smooth Peanut Butter

1 whole Banana

1 teaspoon Honey

Spread the peanut butter down the center of the tortilla. Place the banana on top of the peanut butter and drizzle with honey. Roll up tortilla and eat!

-Lunch: Rice and veggies

-Dinner: Grilled Veggie Panini, Zucchini Fries

  • Tuesday (7/19)

-Breakfast: Zucchini Pancakes, fruit, nuts

-Lunch: Sandwiches, fruit

-Dinner: Buffalo Chicken Pasta, veggies

  • Wednesday (7/20)

-Breakfast: Crock Pot Potato Breakfast, fruit

-Lunch: Leftover Buffalo Chicken Pasta, veggies

-Dinner: Taco Potatoes, veggies

  • Thursday (7/21)

-Breakfast: Breakfast Quinoa, yogurt

-Lunch: Leftover Taco Potatoes, veggies

-Dinner: Cajun Chicken Pasta, green beans, other veggie, garlic bread
