-Breakfast: Granola, yogurt, fruit

-Lunch: Leftovers

-Dinner: BBQ Chicken Legs, Mac-n-Cheese, green beans

  • Wednesday (1/4)

-Breakfast: Powered Up Pumpkin Oats, fruit

-Lunch: Leftover chicken legs, veggies

-Dinner: Meatloaf, baked beans, corn

  • Thursday (1/5)

-Breakfast: Kefir Smoothies, granola

-Lunch: Leftover meatloaf and veggies

-Dinner: Marilyn Monroes, applesauce, tortilla chips

  • Friday (1/6)

-Breakfast: Chocolate Gingerbread Waffles, fruit

-Lunch: Sandwiches, fruit

-Dinner: Hamburger Stroganoff, mashed potatoes, green beans

  • Saturday (1/7)

-Breakfast: Leftover waffles, fruit, nuts

-Lunch: Birthday party

-Dinner: Chicken Spaghetti Casserole, corn, garlic toast

  • Sunday (1/8)

-Breakfast: Chocolate Banana Cinnamon Roll Muffins, fruit, nuts

-Lunch and Dinner with Barry’s family

  • Monday (1/9)

-Breakfast: Leftover Cinnamon Roll Muffins, fruit, nuts

-Lunch: Leftovers

-Dinner: Butternut Squash Mac n’ Cheese with Caramelized Onions, peas

    I love reading others’ menus as well to get ideas! Does the butternut squash mac n cheese taste at all like mac n cheese? Sounds good! I’m not a fan of onions but hubby loves them!
