Meal Plan for 12/13-12/19

  • Tuesday (12/13) 

-Breakfast: Sweet Potato Oatmeal, fruit

-Lunch: Leftovers

-Dinner: Grilled PB and Honey Sandwiches, carrots, apples

  • Wednesday (12/14) 

-Breakfast: Banana Flax Muffins, kefir smoothies

-Lunch: Sandwiches, fruit, chips

-Dinner: Tuna Pasta Salad, crackers, fruit

  • Thursday (12/15)

-Breakfast: Leftover Banana muffins

-Lunch: Leftover pasta salad

-Dinner: Taco Soup, garlic toast, peaches

  • Friday (12/16)

-Breakfast: Winter Granola, yogurt, fruit

-Lunch: Chick-Fil-A

-Dinner: Blueberry Oatmeal Pancakes, fruit, boiled eggs

  • Saturday (12/17)

-Breakfast: Sweet Potato Oatmeal, fruit

-Lunch: Leftover Taco Soup

-Dinner: Christmas party

  • Sunday (12/18)

-Breakfast: Leftover Blueberry Pancakes, fruit, nuts

-Lunch and dinner with my family

  • Monday (12/19)

-Breakfast: Mini Maple Chocolate Chip Pancake Muffins, fruit, nuts

-Lunch: Leftovers

-Dinner: Lentil Gratin, brussels sprouts, corn
