Meal Plan for 4/29-5/5

  • Friday (4/29)

-Breakfast: Martha White muffins, bananas with peanut butter

-Lunch: Ham sandwiches, chips

-Dinner: Grilled Chicken Salad, crackers

  • Saturday (4/30)

-Breakfast: Cereal with milk, bananas

-Lunch: Ham sandwiches, chips

-Dinner: Chicken Fried Rice, carrots

  • Sunday (5/1)

-Breakfast: Sweet Potato Oatmeal (with pumpkin instead) , fruit

-Lunch and dinner at Barry’s parents’

  • Monday (5/2)

-Breakfast: Omelets, biscuits, fruit

-Lunch: Leftover Chicken Fried Rice and carrots

-Dinner: Spaghetti with Chickpeas (minus the pancetta), garlic bread

  • Tuesday (5/3)

-Breakfast: Bran muffins (mix), fruit, nuts

-Lunch: Leftover Spaghetti with Chickpeas

-Dinner: Hearty Apple Sandwich, baked potatoes

2 slices Crusty Bread

4 slices Deli Turkey Or Chicken

3 slices Colby Jack Or Cheddar Cheese

4 slices Very Thinly-sliced Apples (Granny Smith Apples Work Best)

2 Tablespoons Butter Or Margarine

1 Tablespoon Apple Butter

  • Spread bread slices with butter or margarine. On one slice, also spread a good helping of apple butter. Pile your meat on one slice of bread and top with the apple slices. Place the cheese on top.

This sandwich can be served cold, but is also tasty when served hot and toasted. Enjoy!

  • Wednesday (5/4)

-Breakfast: Pancakes (in freezer from couple weeks ago) with pb and fruit

-Lunch: Hearty Apple Sandwiches, chips

-Dinner: Goat Cheese Pizza, salad

  • Thursday (5/5)

-Breakfast: Pancakes from freezer, boiled eggs, fruit

-Lunch: Leftover pizza and salad

-Dinner: Workshop finger foods
