Coupon and Meal Planning Workshop Video Now Available Online

I know it’s about time I uploaded this video. I’ve been doing these workshops for two years without anything being taped. Frankly, Barry and I didn’t know how to pull it off ourselves. So, we enlisted the help of some of our awesome friends and finally got my LAST couponing seminar taped. It is available for you to watch anytime on You Tube or at the bottom of this post. Yes, it is long – 1 hour and 47 minutes. But, you don’t have to watch it all at once….you can watch a little bit and then go back later. I’ll leave it up there for all of eternity (unless You Tube bans me because they think I’m gross for using hankies).

I did this for all of you who have been asking me to do it for a loooooong time. I’m sorry it took me so long. 😆  But, I hope you enjoy it and I hope it’s a blessing to you. The PDF of the workshop outline is available if you click on this link –> Humorous Homemaking Workshop Outline

I cover advanced couponing, frugal living, meal planning, and stockpiling. Fun stuff man.

NOTE: I am very country. I have a country accent. I say “um” a LOT. That’s my nature. I do that in person, so it makes sense I would also do it on video.

NOTE TWO: Yes, there was a fly that was driving me crazy and you will see me swat at it on numerous occasions. Please try to ignore that part.

My thanks to:

Anna and Darren Bralley

JR and Erinn Linkous

Brad Stuart

Kim Milanese

Kati Boyd

Amanda Firtz

My awesome husband, Barry

I am so sorry – this message JUST posted today 2/16/21. These links are likely outdated as this was years and years ago. I recommend checking out Southern Savers website for more up to date info!

I’m defnitely going to take a look at this. Oh, if I “subscribe” to a YouTube channel, do I have to create a YouTube account, or can I sign up via email? Have a great weekend. Love and hugs from the ocean shores of California, Heather 🙂

Heather, I’m not very You Tube smart. 🙂 I think I’ve subscribed without creating an account…but don’t hold me to that. 🙂

I’ve been enjoying the video, I’ve had to watch it in segments and I’m almost done. I just wanted to post a couple of Canadian sites that work the same as Southern Saves. One that I like is http://www.mrsjanuary.com/ and another I recently found is http://www.flyerland.ca

And I had a question about cleaners. You mentioned that you use castile soap, Isotope Alcohol and tea tree as an all purpose cleaner. Could this be adapted to use with in a mop bucket? I have a lot of floors to clean and wouldn’t want to spot mop it all.

Thank you for posting your workshop. I just need to get my husband to watch it so he’s on the same page as me with saving on groceries.

I just use that solution when I’m spot mopping. If I’m mopping the whole floor, I just use a solution of water and white vinegar – you can add essential oils to that if you like for a nicer smell. 🙂 Once it is dry, you won’t smell the vinegar at all. I’ve never measured how much though. I just fill my mop bucket and then pour in “some” white vinegar.
Thanks for your kind words! I’m glad you’re enjoying the workshop. 🙂 I enjoy doing them.

Ha, ha! It was really corny – like Jay Leno intro and I was embarrassed. 🙂
