rolled oats
or old fashioned oats

whole milk
1/3 - ½
cup
sucanat
based on how sweet you want it; brown sugar also works well

tablespoons
melted coconut oil

eggs

baking powder

vanilla

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the oats and milk. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour into a greased 8 inch baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
