(sucanat, coconut sugar, turbindao sugar, palm sugar, or brown sugar)

(white wheat flour or half whole wheat and half white all-purpose)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325. Grease and flour a 9 inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, combine bananas, sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla. Stir well.
Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Stir only until combined. Fold in nuts, if desired.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pan 10 minutes before turning out to cool completely on a wire rack.
