Switching to a whole foods diet isn’t all rainbows and dandelions (they ARE a flower!). We’ve struggled with a few things – like wanting to strangle someone as we were detoxing from caffeine. But some switches were really easy. It will be the same for you – some things will be hard, some won’t. And everyone will have a different list.
