Why do you call it “poorganic?” What does that mean?
Most of the recipes would satisfy even a hardcore foodie. Nonetheless, in some recipes you will find an ingredient or two that may not quite meet the traditional definition of “whole foods” (i.e. soy sauce, hominy, etc.).
Do you use a bunch of strange or hard-to-find ingredients?
Not at all. Just about all the ingredients can be found in your local grocery store and many things you’ll already have in your pantry.
Our Family is Gluten Free. Will these recipes work for us? 45 of the recipes in Keep Crockin’ are safe for those of you avoiding gluten. The other recipes could probably be modified to work, but I have not tested them specifically using GF ingredients.
I’m doing Trim Healthy Mama. Are the recipes THM Compliant? This is not a Trim Healthy Mama cookbook. However, all of these recipes are Trim Healthy Mama compliant when using plan-approved foods.
