I recently did a talk for the Homemaking Conference (lifetime access) about how to meal plan without going loco. It really can be easy and made to fit your needs.
So, for a long time I was using a meal planning printable from Life as Mom. It’s GREAT!!!! It’s the original idea behind this printable I’m giving you. But my friend Karen made one for me because…

Why another printable?
What makes my printable different is that it includes a section for daily PREP. That has been a game changer for me. How many times has dinner not turned out well for you because you forgot to thaw a certain meat or chop one thousand veggies?
After seeing me post my version over and over on Instagram, you asked me to make it available to you. And voila! Here it is.
